BrightSky LLC was formed in 2003 as a company dedicated to providing low cost Communications, Navigation, Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Telematics solutions for a wide variety of customers worldwide. This includes development of custom designed systems for applications as diverse as vehicle tracking and point-of-sale location validation as well as automated wireless backup communication links for security systems.

BrightSky also provides solutions to OEM’s for embedded narrowband VHF and UHF analog and digital voice and data functionality using the NUMA Technologies brand of single chip RF transceiver IC’s.
